Eberlestock is a family owned company where you'll find an original and unique mix of products and information. They have addressed the need for efficiency and mobility for those who hit the trail, or the fire escape, or the rappel line, while carrying weapons. The basis of their ability to do this comes from their founder's experience in the Olympic sport of biathlon, in hardcore solo wilderness hunting, in applying our essential understanding of the military, and above all in listening to their customers. They jump in and get dirty with them. They're not afraid to throw a little weight onto their backs and see what happens, both metaphorically and physically. And they always look for a better way to get the job done.

This member of the Just One family is at the leading edge of backpack design. With all of the features of our other Just Ones, the Dragonfly raises the bar, featuring a high tech suspension system, a huge range of adjustability, and more patented and proprietary features than any hunting pack made. A slate of premium features includes a full framesheet, which augments the internal aluminum stays to give a very stable load bearing platform, and a fully adjustable shoulder harness and beefy #10 zippers. If you're thinking about a Just One pack, and feel that you'd be most comfortable with a firmer platform for carrying a heavy load, or if the vertically adjustable shoulder yoke assembly appeals to you, choose a Dragonfly.
Available in Mossy Oak Brush, Mossy Oak Treestand or Advantage Max1 NT1 Waterproof Microfleece, or Earth Brown 1000 denier Cordura. Wt. 8 lbs, 8 oz.

The Mini-Me is a hydration pack but more; this little baby could rightly be called the “Transformer.” It has an expansion system that at first glance looks conventional. Start un-zipping its wrap-around zipper and you get more space for something long. But when you keep going, you realize that you’ve opened up a tunnel for the insertion of either our A1SS Shotgun Scabbard or our A2SS Scoped Rifle Scabbard. Slide in one of these, and you’ve got a rig that’ll make carrying your gun as close to carrying a biathlon rifle as you can get without getting the real thing. And of course, you don’t want a biathlon rifle for hunting anyway. You want to carry your choice of weapon, an included premium 3-liter (100 oz) hydration bladder, a pull-out hip belt, and a secret compartment with a deployable Bird Bag inside. All of which you get with the Mini Me. Other features include full-depth pockets for spotting scope or tripod, an organizer pocket, grapple compression strap, and more.
Choose Mossy Oak Brush, Advantage Max 1 NT-1 hunting fabric, or Olive Green, Coyote Brown, Dry Earth, or UNICAM 1000d nylon.
Wt. 3.5 lbs. Volume: approx. 800 c.i., with 1200 c.i. pull-out mesh bag.

The J79 is a modular, scalable pack system. It is a truly innovative approach to pack design, and it's very effective. Sorry to say it, but there have been other vague attempts at this concept, and they usually have ended up not working very well and weighing 20 pounds. The Skycrane II, however, is a very nice high performance backpack. It's built around a 2300 cubic inch internal frame pack that employs our patented Cam Expansion system and that weighs only 6.5 lbs. The basic pack, unlike most pack frames, has some essential storage capacity, so you will always have hydration and survival gear storage, no matter which way you configure the system. Its unique design allows it to perform exceptionally well in a variety of configurations. It is reducible all the way down to a fanny pack, and scalable all the way up to a full-scale 7975 cubic inch freighter that can tackle anything from an M4 to the M107 Barrett to a boat motor. The system has a variety of gear compartments and storage spaces that are designed for flexibility, ease of operation, and accessibility. It has the rugged, field-proven construction that has been impressing customers around the world since we perfected our pack design and construction concepts. And above all, it is designed for comfort, to ride well day after day, and to increase the agility of those who are lucky enough to have at the heart of their mission-essential gear.
Unique proprietary features enable the weapons carriers to be used singly or in combination, and to be mounted to either the J79 or G1 packs. Both the J79 and G1 are compatible with PRC-117 type radios and other modern battlefield communications gear.
Available in Olive Green, Coyote Brown, Dry Earth, and UNICAM.

The G2M was developed from the original GS05M Gunslinger. It has a slightly larger scabbard, to better accommodate weapons with larger cross-sections or bulky optics. The scabbard is wide at the bottom, giving the option of carrying weapons butt-down or butt-up. The main bag is the same size as the GS05M, so capacity is about the same. Like the Operator, it features both front loading and top loading features, giving exceptional flexibility.
The scabbard on the G2 folds into the bottom of the pack and is secured by a buckle. This configuration is good for shorter weapons and other gear; it's also a great place to carry a laptop computer.
Also note the side handles; these make it easy to get the loaded pack out of a vehicle, and for mounting the pack with a heavy load.
Heavy duty compression straps always cause the pack to ride quiet and tight; it can be compressed completely flat. In this photo, they are routed through the scabbard compression loops, which allows you to selectively compress the scabbard.
